1. No Refund Policy
All payments made to Shopno Choya Photography & Films (https://shopnochoya.in/ ) for photography and videography services, including deposits and final payments, are non-refundable. By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Cancellations by you (the client).
- Changes to your event or session date/time.
- Dissatisfaction with the final deliverables.
- Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, etc.).
2. Deposits
A deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Cancellations by Client
If you cancel your booking for any reason, you will not receive a refund of any payments made, including the deposit.
4. Cancellations by Us
In the unlikely event that we must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, equipment failure), we will offer to reschedule your session or provide a credit for future services. No monetary refunds will be issued.
5. Dissatisfaction with Services
We strive to deliver high-quality photos and videos that meet your expectations. However, if you are dissatisfied with the final deliverables, we will work with you to address your concerns. No refunds will be issued.
